Monkey Code is the trading name of Ausplace Solutions Pty Ltd ("Monkey Code", "we", "us"), a Brisbane-based digital agency. Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form we collect your name, email address and your message, plus your phone number if you choose to provide it. If you email or call us, we keep the details of that correspondence.

Our mobile apps may handle information differently to this website. Where an app has its own privacy policy, it is linked from that app's App Store listing and support page — for example, Sideline Legend, which collects no data at all.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and to destroy or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.
